The “Grand Prix de France Historique”, one of the most prestigious European gatherings of its kind.
Initiated in 2017, the “Grand Prix de France Historique” is reminding the great international history of single-seater racing cars. The GP in a few figures ? 20 years of F1 history, 270 cars, 18 races and 15,000 horsepower! It is orchestrated by the Automobile Sports French Federation (FFSA), the event organiser HVM Racing, and the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit, which has hosted the most prestigious French drivers and the French F1 GP for 18 years. The 2nd edition of the “Grand Prix de France Historique” is taking place from 28 to 30 June 2019 in the Nièvre region (Center of France)…with VOGO SPORT.
Connected races. VOGO SPORT signs its comeback in speed sports.
VOGO has already participated in 4 car races. For spectators around the circuit, the observation is always the same: the length of circuits makes them difficult to follow (the Magny-Cours one is 4,411 metres long). Moreover, races can last up to 2 hours and cars disappear in the blink of an eye. Giant screens are not enough to fill this frustration. VOGO SPORT is an ideal complementary service for speed sports!
Available for smartphones and tablets, the mobile app. VOGO SPORT allows spectators installed in fan zones and stands covered by VOGO to watch the race live and from different angles. At any time, they can replay key manoeuvres or overruns, at normal speed or in slow motion, while having the ability to zoom in on the action in real time. Users become “spectActors” of the event!
